The modern tools of connection today (email, text, cell phone, social media groups, video group meet-ups for info sharing and Q&A sessions, long-distance care, networking, online resources, etc.) should be incorporated in a personalized and physician-led way that current health care delivery and third-party payer plans are not capable of offering.
